How do I determine my size for the Lift Up Bra?
Step 1: Determine tire size
Measure with a tape measure exactly around your chest, just under your breasts. This is your band size . The tape measure should fit well, not too tight, but also not too loose.
Step 2: Determine cup size
Now measure around the fullest part of your breasts (over the nipples). The difference between this measurement and the band size determines your cup size .
What does it mean?
- Band size: This is the number you measure under your breasts.

Cup size: The difference between the circumference of your breasts and the band size determines whether your cup size is AA , A or B.
- Cup size AA : Small difference (about 1-2 cm).
- Cup size A : Normal difference (about 3-4 cm).
- Cup size B : Bigger difference (about 5-6 cm).
